As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, it takes 1-3 business days* to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel.

Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. You have 1 hour following your order to proceed with any changes. After this timeline, we can't guarantee any changes on the order.

USA

  • Standard shipping: $6.95 | 3-5 business days
  • Express shipping: $17.95 | 2 business days

Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands usually take 4-6 additional days.

INTERNATIONAL

  • We currently do not offer international shipping

COURIERS

We ship using USPS and UPS. Orders can be tracked through USPS or UPS.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show.
In some rare case, the tracking information may not updated but you will still receive your order.

Please note that Ustawi is not responsible for the package after the tracking information shows it was successfully delivered to destination. If for some reason you did not receive it, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier for clarification

All of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
